Welcome to the page on this site for St Mirren Football Club. The Buddies are based in the Paisley area of Scotland and have a very loyal fan base. There claim to fame in recent years is there inclusing in the top flight of Scottish Football and also their fantastic Scottish Club win in 1987. This was a excellent result of St Mirren and the own town of Paisley. Thousands line the streets to see the team and it was a day no-one will every forget if you are a St Mirren fan. They local rivals are Greenock Morton Football Club and when ever they play either in Paisley or in Greenock they whole community comes alive and the fans hope to have a special day they can remember. Sadly they have not really been in the same division for a while and this results that only in cup competitions they compete against each other.

The traditional home colours of St. Mirren are black and white strips, but right back in 1877 they played their games in a totally different colours of Scarlet and Blue. This only lasted one year before changing to the colour we all know.
St Mirren move to their new ground in January 2009. At the start they struggled to get used to the ground which is call St Mirren Park. They have have had a few wins and seem to be getting use to the new settings. Before they moved to their new ground the played at Love Street. This was a smashing game with a great atmosphere. The highest ever attendance at this ground was 47,438 on 20th August 1949. This was against Celtic.
St Mirren Honours
St Mirren have won a few honours over the years with mostly the Renfrewshire Cup. They have won the Scottish Club three times in their long history.
